Stockmar wax crayons are the leading crayons for Waldorf schools and kindergartens. Their properties are second to none - no crumbling, sticking, smudging etc. These radiant Stockmar crayons allow children to experience color in a unique way. 
Made with beeswax and safe, color-fast pigments, children can achieve effects not possible with regular crayons, such as more luminous layering and mixing of colors. The natural beeswax produces warm, well-coordinated color tones. Perfectly suired to child-sized hands, these naturally luminous colors and the pleasant aroma of beeswax make painting a sensory experience. 

This set is the Waldorf assortment colors (see below) versus the standard colors set.
