We typically ship from the central coast of California (Los Osos, CA 93402), giving us 1-2 day shipping times to the western USA.

• Economy and Standard (2-8 business days depending on distance from the West Coast): Starting at $4.95 or FREE for orders $89+
• Expedited (2-4 business days): Flat $12.95 
• Express (1-2 Business Days): See Cart
• We also offer other non-flat rate UPS Ground and Express options in the cart.

***We reserve the right to substitute UPS Options (2 days or longer) with FEDEX 2nd Day Air.***

Non-Continental USA:

• First Class Economy (5-8 business days): Starting at $5.95 (under 8 ounces)
• Standard (5-21 business days): Flat $10.95 or FREE for orders $89+
• Expedited (3-5 business days): Rates start at $17.50 
• Express (1-2  business days): Call Us

Canada 

If your order is under $40, we will send it by UPS Standard. UPS Brokerage fees are free under C$40 and the shipping is more reliable than USPS.

If your order is over $40, and you need it within a specific time frame (particularly within 2-3 weeks), we recommend UPS Expedited. It will arrive in 2-4 business days, and UPS Brokerage is included. UPS Standard would be reliable and cheaper, BUT you would likely incur UPS Brokerage fees (see chart)

"Standard Canada" shipping may go by USPS (which may take longer) or by UPS Standard, which may incur brokerage fees. (see chart)

 International Orders: See cart for quote and contact us for further assistance. Please note some (large) items do not ship internationally. Check the shipping notes on the product page.

Furniture items will likely take longer and are not possible be shipped outside of the continental USA.

Some books are drop shipped from another location and may take longer - please check with us if your book order is time sensitive.

Domestic UPS shipping. Refer to the map below to see if UPS Ground will make it to your location based on the current date - without upgrading to Expedited or Express. For UPS Ground - Order by 2PM PST (or call us to ensure we can get it out that day 805-576-8837.

NOTE: Unless stated otherwise, or unless specifically requested and paid for, all shipping times and delivery days are BUSINESS DAYS - do not expect Saturday delivery or Saturday to be counted (even though in limited cases that may actually happen).

We cannot be responsible for packages that are delayed because of postal or courier delays.  

We recommend purchasing our shipping insurance to cover your purchase in the case of loss or damage.
