• You may return your unused, resaleable product within 30 days for a full product refund. Up to 60 days you may return the item for a store credit or exchange.
• EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: Orders placed from 11/15 to 12/31 may be returned up to January 31 (Some items may be marked as a final sale)

• If your product is defective or does not match the description, please call our number and we send you a return shipping label.

We ensure prompt delivery of your package to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. We cannot be responsible for late, lost, or missing packages.

All orders are insured for up to $100. If an order goes missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we can direct you on how to file a claim with the carrier.

We also offer comprehensive hassle-free insurance at check-out for the full value of your order, which we recommend for orders over $100 and/or if you do not want the hassle of filing a claim with the carrier yourself.
