Did you know that crocodiles can live to be 80 years old? This is if they survive their first year after birth - which only 1% do! So it is difficult to say whether crocodiles have a very low mortality, or longevity. I guess it depends on which one you run into. In which case, I hope it is this friendly little guy that you have a chance to meet - he is sure to be around a long time, and so will you.
This soft crocodile finger puppet is small and unassuming. He doesn't have sharp teeth (or any teeth) so he doesn't bite, which means he is very safe around young children. He likes to hide in pockets, glove compartments, or purses, so that he is around when a child needs a friend (or distraction).
