Baukje Exler has been an artist for over 20 years. Her specialty is with oil pastels. Her work encompasses both figurative and abstract art, with a focus on abstract landscapes. She applies the pastels layer by layer and blends them with a cloth. In each piece she seeks the interplay between color and light.
