About Bioserie:

Bioserie toys are made from a special blend of modified PLA (Polylactic Acid) and natural additives. They are free of petroleum-based chemicals because their raw materials are derived from plants, not oil.

Years of research and development on bioplastic injection molding technology allow for the best possible product quality and finish. Since 2015, Bioserie toys have won several toy and consumer awards in the USA and in Europe in the green category.

Bioserie toys are also tested and certified to be petroleum-free and without known carcinogens, behavioral, reproductive, and neurotoxins, GMOs, hormone disruptors, heavy metals, high-risk pesticides, flame retardants, toxic solvents, or harmful VOCs.

  • You may return your unused, resaleable product within 30 days for a full product refund. Up to 60 days you may return the item for a store credit or exchange.
  • EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: Orders placed from 11/15 to 12/31 may be returned up to January 31 (Some items may be marked as a final sale)

Lost or Missing Items

We ensure prompt delivery of your package to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. We cannot be responsible for late, lost, or missing packages.

All orders are insured for up to $100. If an order goes missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we can direct you on how to file a claim with the carrier.

We also offer comprehensive hassle-free insurance at check-out for the full value of your order, which we recommend for orders over $100 and/or if you do not want the hassle of filing a claim with the carrier yourself.
