Materials & Craftsmanship

The flexible track pieces are made from natural rubber; the wooden components are sustainably made in Thailand using rubberwood, formaldehyde-free glue, organic pigments and water-based dyes.

How It Works

Connect and arrange the 16 two-sided rubber track pieces, add the two wooden bridges, cars, building and bushes, then reshape the route as play moves. The flexible track can follow flat and gently curved surfaces.

Plan Toys

PlanToys was founded in 1981 in Trang, Thailand, and was among the first toy manufacturers to use reclaimed rubberwood — trees from the latex industry that no longer produce rubber and would otherwise be burned. The company uses water-based, non-toxic dyes and non-formaldehyde glues, and repurposes sawdust byproduct into a material called PlanWood used in some of their toys.
