Plan Toys
PlanToys was founded in 1981 in Trang, Thailand, and was among the first toy manufacturers to use reclaimed rubberwood — trees from the latex industry that no longer produce rubber and would otherwise be burned. The company uses water-based, non-toxic dyes and non-formaldehyde glues, and repurposes sawdust byproduct into a material called PlanWood used in some of their toys.

Many of the brands we carry come from small workshops in Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and beyond — where toys are still made by hand from wood, wool, and cotton.
